Sr. Gladys Noreen, 87, passed away on Thursday, May 2, 2024 at Our Lady of Rickenbach in Clyde, Missouri.

Sr. Gladys was born on November 7, 1936 in Minneapolis, Minnesota to Carl and Ruth (Weibel) Noreen. She was a 1958 graduate of Valparaiso University, receiving her a degree in sociology and religion. She received her nursing degree in 1967 and continued her education at Washington University in St. Louis and receiving her D of R in Theology.

She was preceded in death by her parents and sister, Phyllis Noreen.

Survivors include her monastic family and distant relatives in Sweden.

A wake service will be held at 7:00pm Friday, May 3rd at Our Lady of Rickenbach Chapel.

Mass of Christian Burial 11am Saturday, May 4th at Our Lady of Rickenbach Chapel.
