Roland D. "Ron" Langford, 78, of Skidmore, Missouri passed away on Wednesday, September 20, 2023 at Parkdale Manor in Maryville.

Ron was born on January 21, 1945 in Forest City, Missouri to Ralph and Geraldine (Elder) Langford. He attended Nodaway Holt High School and served in the United States Air Force. He had worked for LMP, Moog and was a bus driver for Head start. He later worked as a custodian at Northwest Missouri State University.

Ron attended Laura Street Baptist Church and enjoyed bowling, fishing and playing with his grandchildren.

He married Judy A. Day on June 15, 1973 in Maryville, Missouri. She survives of the home. Additional survivors include two sons, Coby (Aimee) Langford and Jason Langford; two grandchildren, Wyatt and Taylor Langford; two sisters, Marilyn Ruby and Barb Bolt; two brothers, Bob Langford and Danny Langford; brother-in-law, Bill (Cathy) Day; sister-in-law, Carolyn Day and several nieces, nephews and many friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, brother, Jerry Smith, sister Joy Smith, sister-in-law Frances Plymell, mother-in-law and father-in-law, Elmer and Alfreda Day, two brothers-in-law, Gene Day, Ed Day.

Services 11am Tuesday, September 26th at Price Funeral Home. Burial Hillcrest Cemetery, Skidmore, Missouri. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. The family suggests memorials be made in care of Price Funeral Home.
