Roger Lee Laughlin, 63, of Maryville, Missouri, passed away peacefully on February 18, 2025.

Roger was born on January 2, 1962, to Robert and Shirley Laughlin of Maryville, MO. He graduated from Maryville High School in 1980, going on to earn a B.S. in Management/Data Processing from Northwest Missouri State University in 1984. Roger earned his Masters of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, Phoenix, AZ, in 1998.

Roger spent his career in the technology industry with a focus on contact center operations. He traveled around the country and the world, working on contact center projects. Roger retired in 2020.

Roger was an active parishioner of St. Gregory Barbarigo Catholic Church.  He was a member of the Knights of Columbus Council 1339 and a 4th Degree Knight with St. Benedict Assembly 3287. Roger was also a charter member of the Royal Order of the Raccoon Lodge.

Roger is survived by his siblings Ann Marie (Richard) Pecard, Northfield, IL, Roberta Laughlin, Chicago, IL, and Larry (Jeannine Riordan) Laughlin, Waukee, IA. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews: Megan (John) Leister, Erynn (Garth) Einsel, Ryan Laughlin, Caroline, Claire and Christian Pecard; one great-nephew Sebastian Leister and one great-niece Lilah Einsel. He was preceded in death by his parents Robert and Shirley Laughlin.

Parish rosary will be 6pm Thursday, February 27th at St. Gregory Barbarigo Catholic Church in Maryville. The family will receive friends following the rosary until 8pm.

Memorial Mass 11am Friday, February 28th at St. Gregory Barbarigo Catholic Church, Maryville, under the care of Price Funeral Home. Burial will be at St. Columba Cemetery in Conception, Missouri.
