Rebecca J. Bixler
1951-2016

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Rebecca ( Becky) Bixler, beloved daughter, sister and aunt. She is survived by her mother Dorotha (Adams) Bixler and her 3 brothers.

Becky graduated from Sun Prairie High School Sun Prairie, WI. The family moved to Boise, ID where Becky earned her BA degree from Boise State University. She also attended N.W. Missouri State University in Maryville, MO.

Becky loved the Madison, WI area so she returned there to live. In Madison she did research for a group of lawyers and later worked for Great Lakes Financial. Becky retired in Maryville, MO to be near family. Becky was an avid reader and loved listening to Christian broadcast. She enjoyed attending church, going to the senior center and volunteering her time.

There will be a memorial service at the First United Methodist Church, Maryville, MO at 10:00 am, Saturday, September 17, 2016 . Per her family's request, please no flowers, but donations can be made in Becky's name to the Maryville Senior Citizen Center. Becky's family would like to extend a special thank you to all her family and friends that have provided loving support over the years.
