Phillip Lee Randall, 56, of Benson, Arizona passed away on Monday, February 18, 2019 at his home.

Phillip was born on August 20, 1962 in Kansas City, Kansas to Kenneth and Bernardine (Locke) Randall. He served in the United States Air Force from August, 1983 until his retirement December 31, 2003. He was married to Terry Pickett Randall. She preceded him in death.

Survivors include his parents, Kenneth and Bernardine Randall, Skidmore, Missouri; son, Ian Joseph Randall, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; brother, Paul (Amy) Randall, Mesa, Arizona; sister, Tanya (Drew) Dubois, O'Fallon, Missouri.

Graveside Services and Military Honors will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday, March 2nd at Prairie Home Cemetery, Graham, Missouri.
