Larry C. Logsdon, age 81, son of Clifton and Martha (Mitchell) Logsdon was born February 2, 1943 in Maryville, MO.  He passed away August 22, 2024 at home in Solo, MO.

Larry is preceded in death by his parents and survived by his wife MaryBeth of Solo, MO; son, Nathan (Kristy) Logsdon of Fayetteville, AR and daughter, Elizabeth (Nicco) Mendes, St. Louis, MO; two grandchildren; Tori and Zyaire; brothers Michael (Leah) and Jim (Terry), and numerous nieces and nephews.

Larry grew up in the Maryville area and attended Sunrise Country School, Horace Mann, and graduated from Maryville High School in 1961.

Larry served in the Air Force from 1962-1966. After his service he became a crop duster in Nodaway County. He married MaryBeth on June 13, 1981 in St. Louis, MO.   He spent many years as a heavy machine operator. In retirement, he and MaryBeth relocated to south Missouri where they started a small goat farm.

Larry was a loving husband, father, and grandfather.  He enjoyed reading, traveling, farming, and spending time with his grandchildren.
