Hazel Lois Silva, 80, of Savannah, Missouri passed away on Thursday, December 25, 2025, at Abundant Acres Care & Rehab in Savannah, Missouri.

Hazel was born on May 16, 1945, in Sacramento, California to Truid and Katherin Caldwell. She graduated from Grant High School in Sacramento, California and operated a 76 Gas Station for many years and was a former member of the Moose Lodge.

She was preceded in death by her parents, son, Thomas Hinton, grandson, Raymond Bowers, companion Rolla, brother, Joseph Caldwell and sister, Margaret Caldwell.

Hazel is survived by her children, Paul (Mary) Hinton, Lois (Seane) Culbertson, and Anthony Hinton; nephew, Terry Wood; six grandchildren, Jeffrey, Heather, Paul Jr., Christopher, Michaela and Breanna and many great-grandchildren.

Graveside Service 2pm Saturday, January 3rd at Bennett Lane Cemetery in Savannah, Missouri. No visitation will be held.
