Glenda K. Wolfer, 84, of Maryville, Missouri passed away on Saturday, August 24, 2024 at Mosaic Life Care in St. Joseph, Missouri.

Glenda  was born on September 11, 1939 in Dublin, Georgia to Knowles N. and Hazel A. (Rivers) Kennedy. She had worked for Lockheed Martin. She attended Sacred Heart Parish in Tucson, Arizona and made faithful contributions to the Benedictine Sisters of Perpetual Adoration in Clyde, Missouri.

She married Leonard J. Wolfer on January 9, 1962.  Apon retirement Leonard and Glenda returned to Conception and lived there for 10 years. He preceded her in death on January 30, 2024. She was also preceded by her parents and grandson Cameron.

Survivors include her children, Rick (Aileen) Wolfer, Robin (Tim) Leonard, Lisa Wolfer, (fiancé, Michael Connor), Joe (Tira) Wolfer; son-in-law, Dennis Frost; grandchildren, Aaron (Gillian) Alvillar, Joe (Alaina) Wolfer, Zachary Wolfer, Lindsay Frost, Haven, Blaise and Leo Wolfer-Smid; great-grandchildren, John  Wolfer, Ann Wolfer, Emory Alvillar.

Mrs. Wolfer has been cremated under the care of Price Funeral Home. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
