Gary Kent McIntosh
1938-2016

Gary Kent McIntosh, 78, Graham, Missouri, quietly went to be with his Savior July 5, 2016 at his home.

Gary was born March 29, 1938 to Vivian Goslee and William "Bill" McIntosh. He graduated from Skidmore High School, then at the age of 48 years went to college earning his Associates Degree in Criminal Justice in one year. He then worked at the Department of Corrections for the State of Colorado, however, Gary lived most of his life in Nodaway County. He enjoyed farming and especially his cows.

Gary married his high school sweetheart, Melva Tally, July 17, 1959 after he served two years in the U. S. Army, stationed in Germany.

He is survived by his wife, his children Mark and Sue McIntosh, Sherry and Ken Schulte, Bart and Danielle McIntosh; seven grandchildren: Suede Sanders, Brady McIntosh, Ryan McIntosh, Rachel McIntosh, Rebekah McIntosh, Rachael Schulte and Jessica Pace; nieces, nephews and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother and wife: William R. and Jo McIntosh.

Gary loved having his family around him and enjoyed them along with his church family. He liked to fish, hunt and play cards.

Visitation will be 5-7 PM Friday, July 8th at Price Funeral Home, Maryville.

Graveside Memorial Services will be 10 AM Saturday, July 9th, at Hilllcrest Cemetery, Skidmore.

Memorials may be made to the Graham, MO Union Church or Tri-City Friendship Center, Maitland, MO.
