Freida Dougan, 76, of Maryville, Missouri passed away on Tuesday, December 31, 2024 at the Village Care Center following a three month battle with brain cancer.

Freida was born on October 26, 1948 in Maryville, Missouri to Byrl R. and Bettie C. (Kiser) Dougan. She was a graduate of Maryville High School and had attended Northwest Missouri State University. She started her career at Citizens Bank and later worked in the accounting department of LMP, until her retirement from NUCOR. She was a member of the First Christian Church of Maryville where she had also taught Sunday School.

She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Phillip Dougan, nephew-in-law, Troy Walker.

Survivors include two sisters, Pam Dougan, Debby (Roger) Renshaw; brother Michael "Mick" (Vicky) Dougan; sister-in-law, Linda Dougan; nieces and nephews, Erin Walker, Coby (Melissa) Dougan, Brian (Elizabeth) Renshaw, Abbie (Curt) Schafer and Ashley Kempt and numerous great-nieces and great-nephews.

Funeral Services 11am Saturday, January 4th at Price Funeral Home. Burial Nodaway Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. In memory of Freida, the family suggests memorials to Three Rivers Hospice.
