Cletus J. Henggeler
1932-2019

Stanberry, Missouri - Cletus J. Henggeler, 87, of Stanberry, Missouri passed away on Tuesday, October 29, 2019 at the Mosaic Medical Center in Maryville, Missouri.

Cletus was born on March 18, 1932 near Clyde, Missouri to Joseph C. and Mary C. (Runde) Henggeler. He was a graduate of the Jefferson High School and served in the United States Air Force. He was a member of St. Columba Catholic Church and was a farmer in the Clyde and Conception area for 62 years.

He married Lovie Joy Shughart on July 4, 1968 in Kansas City, Missouri at the St. Augusta Catholic Church. She survives of the home. Additional survivors include their children, Mary, Catherine, Joseph, Daniel, Karl and Henry; one sister, Bernita Behm and eleven grandchildren.

Cletus was preceded in death by his parents and five siblings, Francis, Eugene, Vincent, Maurus and Mercedes.

Mass of Christian Burial 10am Monday, November 4th at St. Columba Catholic Church, Conception Junction, Missouri under the care of Price Funeral Home. Burial will follow at the St. Columba Cemetery in Conception, Missouri. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the Mass at the church. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials to the American Cancer Society, VFW Conception Jct. or the MFA Scholarship.
