Charles H. "Charlie" Kay, Jr. 70, of Maryville, Missouri passed away on Friday, August 13, 20021 at his home.

Charlie was born on March 16, 1951 in Elma, Washington to the late Charles H. and Virginia A. (Melbourne) Kay, Sr. He served in the United States Army serving two tours in Vietnam. He worked for Ace Hardware for many years while living Arizona. While living in Maryville he worked as roofer.

He is survived by his companion Rebecca Dunham of Maryville, Missouri.

Mr. Kay has been cremated under the care of Price Funeral Home. Private Inurnment will be held at Leavenworth National Cemetery at a later date. www.pricefuneralhomemaryville.com.
