Charles William Bragg
1926-2016

Charles William Bragg, 89, Burlington Junction, Missouri, died Friday, April 29, 2016, at Golden Living Community, Maryville, MO.

Charles was born May 31, 1926, in Burlington Junction to John and Myrl (Short) Bragg. He was a 1944 graduate of Burlington Junction High School and served his country as a Tech Fourth Grade in the Army during World War II. He andJane Mutchler were married October 16, 1949, in Shenandoah, Iowa.

A member of the Burlington Jct. Christian Church, he also belonged to Rolla Dicks American Legion Post #315, Nodaway Lodge #470 AF and AM, and the Burlington Junction Housing Board. He was a lifetime farmer and a school bus driver for West Nodaway School District for 35 years.

Preceding him in death were his parents, brothers Robert and Harold Bragg and sister-in-law Darlene Bragg.

Charles is survived by his wife Jane Bragg, of their home in Burlington Junction; sister: Doris Porterfield, Clearmont, MO, sisters-in-law: Deloris Bragg, Braddyville, IA, Alice Erickson, Essex, IA, Marlene Ross, Geneseo, IL and Imogene Moore, Tarkio, MO; and many nieces, nephews and great-nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held from 6:00-8:00 PM, Monday, May 2, 2016, at Price Funeral Home, Maryville.

Funeral Services will be 10:00 AM, Tuesday, May 3rd at Price Funeral Home, followed by burial in Ohio Cemetery.
