Billy F. Shelton, 99, of Maryville, Missouri passed away on Monday, December 11, 2023 at Parkdale Manor.

Billy was born on October 25, 1924 in Burlington Junction, Missouri to Harry and MayRee (Byers) Shelton. He was a graduate of Horace Mann High School and served in the United States Army during World War II in the Pacific theatre. He was a lifelong farmer and enjoyed restoring antique tractors with his son Mark.

He married Deloris Hilsabeck on March 20, 1949 in Maryville, Missouri. She preceded him in death on February 7, 2020. He was also preceded by his parents, one sister and brothers-in-law, Rose Mary (Vervil) Roush, Courtney Hilsabeck, Ivelle (Marillyn) Hilsabeck, Alan (Nancy Sue) Hilsabeck, Edwin (Rita) Hilsabeck and Gary Hilsabeck.

Survivors include his son, Mark Shelton of the home, sister-in-law, Marilyn Hilsabeck and numerous nieces and nephews.

Services 11am Friday, December 15th at Price Funeral Home. Burial Barnard Cemetery, Barnard, Missouri. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
