Beverly Alford, 93, of Barnard, Missouri passed away on January 17, 2024 at the Nodaway Nursing Home.

Beverly was born on September 16, 1930 in Barnard, Missouri to Melvin and Mabel (Davidson) Wooten. She was a homemaker and worked for the Maryville Employment Office where she retired after 38 years of service.

She married Robert "Bob" Alford on August 14, 1949. He preceded her in death on April 2, 2023. She was also preceded by her parents, three brothers, Gene (Vada) Wooten, Curtis (Beverly) Wooten, Lester Wooten and her sister, Beatrice (Jim) Aldridge.

Survivors include two sons, Ken (Pam) Alford and Rick Alford; sister, Barbara (Roy) Duncan; sister-in-law, Darlene Wooten; five grandchildren, Kerri (Justin) Loper, Erik Alford, Emily (Blake) Belgram, Shannon Alford and Jennifer (Greg) Mikel; nine great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends from 1:00pm to 2:00pm on Monday, January 22nd at Price Funeral Home. A Private Family Graveside will be held at Salem Cemetery, Barnard, Missouri.
