Baylee Nicole Hilsabeck, 16, Barnard, Missouri died Sunday, February 5, 2017.

Baylee was born February 9, 2000 in St. Joseph, MO to Grady and Lisa (Schank) Hilsabeck.

She was a Junior at South Nodaway High School, where she was a member of the Scholar Bowl, and active in basketball, and track, as well as being a cheerleader. Baylee belonged to the Barnard Christian Church.

Preceding her in death were her paternal grandparents Ed and Rita Hilsabeck and her Uncle Kevin Bauman.

Surviving Baylee are her parents Grady and Lisa Hilsabeck and sister Malainee Hilsabeck, of the home in Barnard, maternal grandparents Nancy Schank, Barnard and Gilbert Schank, St. Joseph, aunts and uncles: Lorri and Paul Knorr, Carson, IA, Ryan Schank, MO, Darbi Bauman, Rosendale, MO, Kami and Johnnie Hubach, Rea, MO, and Kip and Cyndi Hilsabeck, Raymore, MO; and numerous cousins and friends.

Visitation will be from 5-7 PM Wednesday, February 8, 2017, at Price Funeral Home, Maryville.

Funeral services will be at 10:00 AM Thursday, February 9, 2017, at South Nodaway High School, Barnard. Burial will follow the service at the American Legion Cemetery, Barnard.
