Anna Mae Kemper of Maryville, Missouri passed away on Wednesday, June 18, 2025 at Maryville Living Center.

Anna was born on December 5, 1926 on a farm outside of Scottsbluff, Nebraska to the late Benedict and Anna (Lager) Kohlleppel. She was a graduate of Conception High School and attended the University of Missouri. She was a homemaker and worked at the Printery House for over 40 years. She was a member of St. Columba Catholic Church, St. Gregory Barbarigo Catholic Church and the American Legion Auxiliary Post 464.

She married Charles E. Kemper on April 23, 1946 in Conception, Missouri. He preceded her in death on December 26, 2015.

She is survived by her children, grandchildren and one great-grandson a brother and sister and numerous nieces and nephews.

Mass of Christian Burial 11am Monday, June 23rd at St. Gregory Barbarigo Catholic Church. Burial St. Columba Cemetery, Conception, Missouri. Rosary 10:30am Monday at St. Gregory Barbarigo Catholic Church. The family suggests memorials to Conception Abbey.
