Richard Dowden, a lifelong resident of the Maryville area, has been a licensed Funeral Director and Embalmer since 1970. He is a graduate of Cincinnati College of Mortuary Science and has been at Price Funeral Home since 1971. As a Past President of the Missouri State Funeral Director's and Embalmer's Association, he also served as District Director for 6 years.
Patty Dowden, a lifelong resident of the Maryville area, is a graduate of Northwest Missouri State University.
Richard and Patty are the parents of two children, Ryan Dowden and his wife Amy and Dana Bosley and her husband Rick. They also have 3 grandchildren.
Delores Heitman
Funeral Director
Delores Heitman, a lifelong Nodaway County resident, has been affiliated with Price Funeral Home since 1982. The mother of five children, she and her husband, Richard, live on a small farm in rural Maryville, Missouri. She serves Price Funeral Home as Office Manager, licensed Funeral Director, Pre Need Counselor and Bookkeeper.
Gary Hann
Funeral Director and Embalmer
Gary Hann, a graduate of the Dallas Institute of Mortuary Science, has served Maryville and the surrounding area as a licensed Funeral Director and Embalmer since 1978. In 1997 he became associated with Price Funeral Home. Gary, a resident of Grant City, Missouri, also serves as the Worth County Coroner.
Dave Lawyer
Embalmer and Funeral Director
Dave Lawyer, a long time Maryville resident, joined Price Funeral Home in 2009. A graduate of Maryville R-II High School and Northwest Missouri State University. Dave attended mortuary school at Mercer County Community College in Trenton, New Jersey. A career change after 25 years of managing various manufacturing facilities, Dave and his wife April, also of Maryville have three children and reside in Maryville.
Marlin Kinman
Funeral Director
Marlin Kinman, a retired educator in Nodaway County, who has been recognized for his excellence in education, has been with Price Funeral Home as a licensed Funeral Director since 2004. Marlin also serves the community as a church organist and vocalist and resides in Ravenwood, Missouri.
Lyman Elswick
Cemetery and Grave Service
Lyman, a graduate of Northwest Missouri State University, and former livestock buyer, has been with Price Funeral Home since 1997. He also is in charge of lawn and vehicle maintenance.
Dianne McCown
Beautician/Housekeeper/Gardener
Dianne McCown, a licensed beauty operator, has been serving the Maryville area since 1965. She joined the Price Funeral Home staff in 1994.
