Berneta Florine Outs Cline, 91, of Pickering, Missouri, entered into eternal rest October 1, 2010 at St. Francis Hospital, Maryville, Missouri.
Berneta was born March 17, 1919 in Barnard, Missouri to Jacob and Myrtle Ona (Cox) Outs. She graduated in 1936 from Barnard High School. On November 6, 1937 she married Claude James Cline in Maryville, Missouri by the Reverend Lane Douglas. To this union three sons were born. They resided on a farm west of Pickering, Missouri. Claude preceded her in death on September 12, 1987 just two months before their 50th anniversary.
Berneta was a member of Laura Street Baptist Church, LSBC funeral dinner volunteer, Order of the Eastern Star, Red Cross, Senior Center volunteer, Ministry Center volunteer, clerk of the Union Township, and secretary of the White Oak Cemetery Board.
She was preceded in death by her husband; her parents; an infant sister, Belvadine; two brothers, Homer Outs and Truman Outs; grandson, Chad Aron Cline; and daughter-in-law, Betty (Miller) Cline.
She is survived by her sons; Gary Cline and wife, Bonnie, Bridger, Montana; Jim Cline and wife Marcia, Hopkins, Missouri; and Danny Cline and wife Connie, Pickering, Missouri; seven grandchildren, Mark Cline and wife Patty, Christina Denney and husband, Edward; Jamey Cline and wife Lisa; Barry Cline; Jennifer Reidel and husband, David; Matthew Cline and wife, Cari; Bradley Cline and wife, Keely; eight great-grandchildren, Adam Denney, Brandon and Ethan Cline, Danielle and Keith Reidel, Cody and Jacqueline Cline, and Hadley Cline; and a very special niece Jo Ann Outs, Maryville, Missouri.
Funeral services will be Thursday, October 7, 2010 at 1:30 at the Laura Street Baptist Church
Maryville, Missouri. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 6, 2010 from 6:00-8:00 PM at the Price Funeral Home Chapel, Maryville.
