Donald Elmer Schultz, 82, Maryville, Missouri, died Saturday, October 02, 2010, at St Francis Hospital, Maryville, Missouri.

Donald was born November 06, 1927, in Saint Joseph, Missouri to Elmer Richard and Hazel Marie Hubbard Schultz.

He was a graduate of Horace Mann High School Class of 1945.       Donald retired after 27 years in Police Communications with Maryville Public Safety.

He married Lettie Lou Joyner Scott , June 10, 1984, in Maryville, Missouri.

Donald was a member of the Countryside Christian Church, Maryville, MO .

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Survivors include: Lettie Schultz, Maryville; two daughters, Cheryl Ann Townsend, Maryville, MO and

Jane Marie Allen, Maryville, MO; two step children, Karen Nicholson, Ravenwood, MO and Roger Scott, Albuquerque, NM; eight grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Mr. Schultz has been cremated. Visitation will be held Monday, October 4, from 7-8 PM at the Countryside Christian Church, Maryville. Memorial services will be Tuesday, October 5 at 10:30 AM at the church. Private inurment will be held at a later date.
