Nadine Darby, 72, Pickering, Missouri, formerly of Crocker, Missouri, died Tuesday, August 26, 2008, at her daughter's home in Hopkins, Missouri. Nadine was born July 17, 1936, in Richland, Missouri to Chester and Callie (Powers) Robinson. She was one of eleven children. She was a graduate of Richland, Missouri High School. She married Glen E. Darby on July 30, 1954, in Maitland Missouri. Nadine was a production worker with the Union Carbide Corporation in Maryville for 15 years. She was of the Baptist faith. She was preceded in death by her parents, step-father Jack McGowan and brother, Sonny McGowan. She is survived by her husband, Glen of the home in Pickering, son Glen Darby Jr. and Patty Patton, Richland, Missouri, two daughters: Kathy McKee and husband Robert, and Leisa Judd and husband Brad, all of Hopkins, eight grandchildren: Salena Zarybnicky, Alycia Fritzen, Julie McKee, Brandon Darby, Samantha Wright, Blake Darby, Brittney Baker and Douglas McKee and two great-grandchildren: Bobby Haidsiak and Ruthie Fritzen. A visitation will be from 7:00-8:00 p.m. Thursday, August 28th at Price Funeral Home, Maryville. Graveside services and burial will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday, August 29, 2008, Prairie Home Cemetery, Graham, Missouri . Memorials may be made to SSM Hospice, 2024 South Main Street, Maryville, Missouri, 64468.

Located approximately 45 minutes North of St. Joseph, Missouri, via Interstate 29 North to US 71 North (Exit 56A), Price Funeral Home is located at the corner of First and Market in Maryville, Missouri.

Coming from the South: Stay on US 71 North (1st stop light) to the intersection of MO 46 & US 71/136 Highways (2nd Stop Light). At the light turn left onto MO 46 West, continue going straight West 14 blocks. Turn left on Market, and the funeral home parking lots (upper and lower levels) are to the left.

Coming from the North: Stay on US 71/136 South (1st stop light) to the intersection of MO 46/US136. Merge right onto MO 46 West, continue straight on First Street traveling 14 blocks to Market (turn left), and the parking lots are on the east side of Market Street.

Coming from the East: Stay on MO46/US136 West (1st stop light), continue straight on First Street to the intersection of Market Street. Turn left and the parking lots are on the left.

Coming from the West: Stay on MO46 East (First Street), continue on through 1st stop light (First and Main), go one block East, turn right on Market, and parking is on the left.
