Noah Hasty Nelson, 28, Maryville, Missouri, died Thursday, July 5, 2012, at his home, Maryville, Missouri.

Noah was born, November 20, 1983, in Maryville, Missouri to Kim LaVaughn and Debi Nelson.

Noah was self employed in the construction industry.

Noah was a member of the First United Methodist Church, Maryville.

Preceding him in death were his grandfathers Charles "Pat" Hasty and Virgil Nelson.

Survivors include his children, Aniyah Marie Nelson, and Gabriel Hasty Nelson, both of Leavenworth, KS; father Kim L. (Tonya) Nelson, Maryville; mother Debi Nelson, Gravois Mills, Missouri; brother Adam Nelson, Maryville, MO; step-sisters, Ronni and Stevie Gatewood, both of St. Joseph, Missouri, Faith Gatewood and step-brother Dennis Gatewood, both of Maryville; Maternal Grandmother Dixie Hasty and Paternal Grandmother Darlene Nelson both of Maryville; two nephews Braiten Stevens and Peyton Hiatt, both of St. Joseph.

Noah's body has been cremated. Memorial services will be held 11:00 AM, Thursday, July 12, 2012 at the First United Methodist Church, Maryville.
