Wanda Lee Vinzant, 55, Saint Joseph, Missouri, died Friday, January 20, 2012, at Heartland Regional Medical Center, Saint Joseph, Missouri.
Wanda was born May 1, 1956, in Maryville, Missouri to Edward Lee and Rose Marie Wood Kempf.
She was a former Sales Associate with Wal-Mart.
Wanda married Billy Joe Vinzant , December 6, 1975, in Maryville, Missouri. She was preceded in death by her husband on September 12, 1998 and her father.
Wanda was a member of the McCarthy Baptist Church, St. Joseph, MO .
Survivors include daughter Tina Marie Vinzant and her friend Leon Jackson Jr., Saint Joseph, MO; son Billy Joe Vinzant and fiance' Rebbecca Jones, Kansas City, MO, her mother Rose Marie Kempf, Bartlesville, OK, 3 Brothers, Edward Lee Kempf Jr., Jenks, OK, Michael Kempf, Easton, MO, Stephen Kempf, San Marcos, CA, 2 sisters Carol Vickery, Newkirk, OK and Melanie Kempf, Bartlesville, OK, 3 grandchildren, Evan, Kaelin and Gauge Vinzant, and several nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
Visitation is 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM, Monday, January 23, 2012, at the Price Funeral Home, Maryville. Funeral services will be 10:30 AM, Tuesday, January 24, 2012. Inurnment will be in Nodaway Memorial Gardens Cemetery, Maryville, at a later date.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be given to the family in Wanda's name.

Located approximately 45 minutes North of St. Joseph, Missouri, via Interstate 29 North to US 71 North (Exit 56A), Price Funeral Home is located at the corner of First and Market in Maryville, Missouri.
Coming from the South: Stay on US 71 North (1st stop light) to the intersection of MO 46 & US 71/136 Highways (2nd Stop Light). At the light turn left onto MO 46 West, continue going straight West 14 blocks. Turn left on Market, and the funeral home parking lots (upper and lower levels) are to the left.
Coming from the North: Stay on US 71/136 South (1st stop light) to the intersection of MO 46/US136. Merge right onto MO 46 West, continue straight on First Street traveling 14 blocks to Market (turn left), and the parking lots are on the east side of Market Street.
Coming from the East: Stay on MO46/US136 West (1st stop light), continue straight on First Street to the intersection of Market Street. Turn left and the parking lots are on the left.
Coming from the West: Stay on MO46 East (First Street), continue on through 1st stop light (First and Main), go one block East, turn right on Market, and parking is on the left.
