Helen Marie Linebaugh, 88, Maryville, Missouri, died Thursday, August 28, 2008, at St Francis Hospital in Maryville. Helen was born July 14, 1920, at Elmo, Missouri to James Pearson and Effie Florence(Archer) Richardson. Helen graduated from Elmo High School in 1938. On Christmas Eve, December 24, 1939, Helen was united in marriage to Raymond Samuel Linebaugh, by Reverend James Campbell at his home. Helen was a member of the Pickering United Methodist Church where she taught Sunday School and Bible School for many years. She also served as a Delegate to the Annual Conference of the United Methodist Church held in Fayette, Missouri. She was a member of the United Methodist Women, the Sunrise Jolly Mixers Club and the Domino Group. She was preceded in death by: husband of 63 years, March 5, 2003; her parents, brothers Elmer Richardson and Paul Kenneth Richardson, a sister Ethel Leona Richardson , an infant son Bobby Joe Linebaugh, and son in law David Judd. She is survived by: daughters Juliana Rae Judd of Pickering, Missouri, and Joy Lyn Melvin and husband Rob of Algona, IA, eleven grandchildren, fourteen great grandchildren, one great great grandchild, many nieces and nephews, cousins and a host of wonderful friends.
